Seatbelt attach points
After doing some more research and realizing how many layers of fiberglass where needed to build up my hard points I decided to embed wood blocks in all areas that use a screw to attach something. I used a rotocutting drill in my dremel tool and routed out the areas that needed a reinforcement.

The seatbelt attach points are 3" x 3" x 1" hardwood blocks glued in with high density filler and epoxy. Then I used fiberglass mat and epoxy to fill in the remaining void.

Seatbelt attach points.

There is a wood block glued in and then leveled with glass mat. I will use stainless steel screws and grommets to attach the seatbelt strap. This should keep me in the boat should I unexpectedly stop:)
